Gothic Construction

Gothic Construction was established in May 1979 and has developed over the past 4 decades into a dependable medium-sized construction company. We are long standing members of the Gauteng Master Builders Association now known as Master Builders Association – North. Gothic Construction is privately owned, with the company’s equity held by the majority of its directors and a broad-based black economic empowerment employee trust. Leadership is supported by a strong office and site staff of approximately 140 employees. Gothic is proud to be a category D4 member of the Green Building Council of South Africa since 2013. Several of our staff are Green Star SA Accredited Professionals. We undertake Commercial, Retail and Industrial contracts as well as alterations in the Gauteng area. Depending on the timing and nature of the contracts, we can undertake single contracts up to R350 million.
