Established in 1999 as a sole trader, we pride ourselves on being a family owned and – run business and consist of a well-established team with more than forty years combined experience.
Currently we are trading as Pretorius Structures which was established in 2008. We are committed to delivery cost effective, customized steel building solutions that address and surpass our client’s expectations. We have clear objectives that allow us to fulfil the needs of our clients, concerning all structural steel requirements.
We promote policies and commitments that deliver a quality product and we use only “A” grade materials at competitive prices. We comply with high standard of quality assurance and will provide you and your company with a safe working environment. It is our superior quality that sets our company apart from the competition. We have over 50 employees, their skills and training cover all facets required to effectively & efficiently fabricate and erect an entire range of specialized and standard steel structures. We pride ourselves that more than half of our staff has been with the company for more than 15 years. Our company is registered with the MEIBC which provides our staff with a provident – or pension fund. We also employ accredited sub-contractors for roofing and painting purposes.
We operate nationally and internationally and have successfully completed projects throughout SA eg: Malmesbury, Middelburg, Thabazimbi, Kuruman, Durban, Bloemfontein, Marble Hall, Cullinan, to name but a few. In Africa we have exported and installed several structures in Lesotho, Mozambique, Zambia, Namibia, Botswana and Gabon.
