The original company was established in 1966 and purchased by the current management in 1981. From humble beginnings in a small workshop located in Ophirton, Johannesburg, the company expanded from machining fasteners on Capstan lathes, first into Hot forging of Bolts, followed by a move into the mass production of cold forged bolts and nuts. Currently, the company is located in Nigel, Gauteng on a 20,000 Sq Mt stand with 16 000 square meters of Production Factory, Warehouse and Administration complemented by the service divisions including Quality Assurance, Tool room, and Surface treatment plants.
