Studious Architects was formally established in 2008, Derick Brits & Deon Reynecke have since built the company into a reputable entity for architectural services.

Studious Architects operates country wide and is based in Centurion, Gauteng. Our specialised experience includes residential, commercial, and medical design. We have design experience in a wide variety of fields and pride ourselves on a good standing relationship with several development companies and residential estates.

Our residential portfolio includes successful building developments in Midstream, Waterfall, Helderfontein, Blue Hills, The Hills, Blair Athol, South Downs, and Steyn City. Studious aesthetics manages the estate plan approval process for Waterfall, Helderfontein, Blue Hills, and The Hills Estates.
